Wow! Check out these photos of the Chaitén volcano eruption in Chile. The dynamic interaction of the volcanic debris plume with the atmosphere has created a huge (and spectacular) electrical storm within the volcanic cloud itself! The website is in Spanish, but I've translated the caption for you. It says "The eerie beauty of two natural phenomena: an electrical storm within the gigantic ash column above the Chaitén volcano, some 14 km in height". Image 11 of 35 is particularly arresting. ¡Mira!

The volcano in Chile is very interesting. But I need more baby photos or I may erupt! Just kidding. No seriously, I need more pictures of your uber cute baby on flicker. :)
